As summer heats up, so does the rental market. July brought steady pricing across most unit types, with subtle increases and continued strong demand for well-located, well-appointed homes. Here’s a refined look at how things unfolded.

    Popular as ever. Bachelors and 1-bedrooms between $1,575–$2,195. Tenants love in-suite laundry, modern finishes, and pet-friendly policies.
  •  Langford & Colwood
    Family-friendly and commuter-convenient. 2–3 bedrooms going for $2,495–$3,595. Many units include parking, storage, and newer builds.
  •  James Bay & Fairfield
    Coastal charm meets urban access. 2-bedroom units average $2,500–$2,895, with walkability and lifestyle as key attractions.
